E&S Precision Machine Introduction
We are a true precision machine shop providing the finest work possible using state of the art equipment. We employ machinists that are some of the best in the industry so we are able to provide accurate machining on extremely complicated parts. We take great pride in being able to structure each job in such a way that the product and quality exceed the expectations of our customers.

Jimmie Elzner and his former partner founded E & S
Precision Machine in 1989. With over twenty-five years experience
between them, they started E & S with used equipment in a rented
building. In the beginning, Jimmie and his partner did all the work, but
growth was rapid and within six months they hired their first employee.
In 1999, after ten years of profitable growth and an expanded workforce
of fifteen employees, Jimmie and his partner built a new, state of the
art 12,750 sq. ft. shop.
The key to their success has been to hire
outstanding people. This philosophy has resulted in E
& S becoming an industry leader in the Central Valley.
With the recent expansion of the shop facilities, E & S has
positioned itself with a highly skilled and motivated workforce, and
excess shop capacity. The quality and workmanship
that is produced on a daily basis is second to none.
Quality control is the highest priority when it comes to servicing our
customer. Internally, rework is consistently below of
1 percent.
